 What Experience Is Needed For These Positions?
None! You do not need any experience since training is provided. As long as you are at least 18 years of age, pass the background check, and complete training; you are eligible to work.

Why Are No Taxes Being Deducted From My Paycheck?
Since you are in charge of your own schedule, you are classified as an independent contractor under Ford Premier Management. Taxes are not taken out of each paycheck and you are responsible for documenting and paying taxes.
 

Why Is Training Unpaid?
There are different labor rights associated with being an independent contractor. However, you are compensated for live call taking during trainings. 

How Much Can I Make?
Your pay is completely up to you! Hourly pay ranges from $10-$24 an hour depending on which company you choose to service. Since you choose your own schedule, you can work part-time or full-time hours. All clients do require you to work at least 15 hours a week to maintain your position.
